Thanks for the link-back! I don't know about anyone else, but I stared at that email for 5 minutes before deciding to blog about it, thinking "are they serious?!?" Sad part will be to see how many organizations think of this as a benefit and a feature worth paying for. I'm not begrudging them what they think is a competitive advantage...I'm just upset that they are doing it with a total disregard for the advocacy community as a whole.

Things like these "Birthday Greetings" actually hurt small organizations like ours who don't need or want this noise in the way of our messaages.

Put it simply...right now, to me, they're WalMart. ;-)
