Fundraising widgets are all the rage--I just created this one at Change.org for Friends of the National Zoo. Not only can you customize a widget, you can create actions and track your "change" impact. The best part is that the call to action comes from you, so the ask is genuine.
For you nonprofits, you can create your own profile complete with fundraising goal, photos, videos, articles and, of course, friends. Here's DIA community member Genocide Intervention Network.

Fundraising Widgets
Another company that provides fundraising widgets is Firstgiving.com. A website where you can create a personalized fundraising page. On your page you get to write you "call to action" that you can send to friends and family! Also a widget is provide to promote the page to your various online networks. It's great to see your community rally together for something that you personally care about! Best thing, no one has to deal with the money raised; it gets sent directly to the non-profit!
