DIA Ticket System Moves

We had a minor support disruption this weekend when our ticket platform made like Skype. If you submitted a ticket up through early Monday, you might have noticed this in the form of a bounced message, which was actually a bit misleading since "bounces" landed in an inbox that we could (and did) still access.

As part of the fix, we've migrated the ticket interface and knowledge base to a new location -- so if you've got it bookmarked, update your URLs appropriately (the support at democracy in action dot org e-mail address is also still a valid way to submit tickets). The link is, of course, also reflected on our support page.

If it didn't affect you, nothing to worry about. If it did, it should have been minor and temporary ... but let us know if you think anything's been lost in the shuffle.
