DemocracyInAction handed out a few slices a la mode this week, announcing the winners of DemocracyInAction Empowers grants

We had nearly 100 applications for our donation of the toolset; it was agonizing to pick just six. But what a six:

• Direct Aid Iraq, which nicely blogged the fact right here
  
• Guatemala Human Rights Commission/USA, which likewise announced the fact here

• Puget Sound Sage
  
• New Jersey Work Environment Council
  
• Afro-Netizen

They all get free Salsa. And we get to watch them use it.
