We provide a simple, cost-effective way to process credit card donations directly through your web site.

Fundraising is an important activity for many organizations, and it is a key component of our system. With our Salsa interface, you can easily create donation pages for any purpose.

Our donation management features include:

• Donation pages use your web template so that the pages match your website
• We provide the security certificate so you don't have to
• Create custom email triggers so that donors get thank-you emails sent automatically and so that you are notified when people donate
• Create multiple donation pages for different fundraising campaigns and “tag” each page to track how each campaign is faring
• Query donation data for future targeting efforts
• As with supporter information, donation information can be downloaded at any time
• You can set donation pages to allow recurring donations
• 501(c)(3) organizations may use DIA's gateway processor/merchant account (per-donation transaction fees of 3% + $0.40 will apply). They may also use their own gateway/merchant accounts.

Personalized Fundraising Pages

Often times, people need a little push to make a donation to their favorite cause. So push them! Your supporters can now create their own personalized donation pages for your organization. They'll have their own donation web page that they can log into and customize — and spread the word!

The personalized donation page allows supporters to create a title, custom text and a donation goal. Then, they're able to send a customizable email to their friends and family with a link to their personal page. A thermometer tracks the progress of the donations, so everyone can see how far they've come to matching a goal, and how much more money they should shoot for. As friends and family donate, their names are added to the list of donors and will appear on the personal donation page. If they wish to remain anonymous, that is also possible.

Donations from these personalized pages will function the same as donations through your organization's own donation pages. The donor info is automatically entered into your supporter database.
